How does the 20% Annual Profit Share Dividend work?
Every year between March and April, ATB Digital audits its total annual company profits. Exactly 20% of this audited net profit is allocated to our active customer pool. Every customer who has an active subscription/warranty receives an equal share directly credited into their ATB Customer Wallet. You can withdraw the money directly to your bank account or use it to renew your warranty!
How is my personal data protected under India's DPDP Act, 2023?
ATB Digital acts as a registered Data Fiduciary in full accordance with the Indian Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023. We collect only minimal telemetry required for relay switching and temperature automation. We never sell, profile, or transmit your device states or personal details to third-party ad networks. You retain full statutory rights to data access, correction, and deletion by contacting our designated Grievance Officer at support@atbdigital.in.
What electrical voltage does the module support, and what is excluded from warranty?
Every ATB Digital module is custom-calibrated for single-phase residential electricity (220V–240V AC, 50Hz). Our 1-Year Free Replacement Warranty covers internal manufacturing defects. However, under standard electrical liability policy, warranty is void for damages caused by: (1) 440V phase-to-phase neutral floating surges or lightning strikes; (2) Over-current relay contact welding from running heavy industrial loads or geysers on 6A lighting relays; or (3) Inverted phase-neutral or shorted wiring by unauthorized electricians.
How do I withdraw my profit share money from the wallet?
Inside your Customer Dashboard, simply click on "My Wallet & Dividends". Enter your Bank Account Number, IFSC Code, and Account Holder Name, and click "Transfer to Bank". Your dividend balance will be sent via NEFT/IMPS to your verified account.
What is connected to each of the 3 nodes?
In Bedrooms: Node 1 is for the Main Light, Node 2 is for the Night Light, and Node 3 is dedicated to your TV. In Kitchens: Node 1 is for the Main Light, Node 2 is for the Night Light / Counter Light, and Node 3 is dedicated to your Refrigerator (Fridge). Both room types include the 1 common 6-speed Fan Dimmer.
Will my normal wall switches and remote work if Wi-Fi stops?
Yes, absolutely! Both your normal wall switches and the IR remote will always work locally, even if there is no internet or Wi-Fi connection.
How does the 1-Year Free Warranty renewal work?
Every room unit comes with 365 days of complete replacement warranty. After 1 year, a renewal alert appears on your dashboard for ₹999/year per room, which keeps your hardware warranty, cloud features, and 20% annual dividend share active continuously.
